I have been rescuing stray cats and having them neutered and vaccinated before sending them to SPCA. But the risk of the cats being 'put to sleep' is high and I now want to either put the cats back on the streets after neutering & health-checks or find loving forever homes for them, preferably the latter! I believe all pets found should be treated humanely, loved, vaccinated and neutered.
