Life Of A Vet Midst Covid-19 Lock Downs.

A few weeks ago, when Phuket island went into lockdown to contain the spread of COVID-19, some of our staff were not able to come into work.

Some were lucky enough to have worked remotely to keep the ship sailing, but, for staff like Dr.Kik, one of our shelter vets, this was not an option.

Drastic times, call for actions that are unique to the times which is why a few of our staff including some of the vets, decided to “camp” at the shelter to make sure we could function as normal and the animals continued to receive care that they deserve.

Despite these tough time, thanks to you, Soi Dog Foundation’s staff, like Dr.Kik are able to carry on as usual and ensure that no dog or cat is let down and is never short of the care they need.
