HAPPY TALES: NATSUMARU, ADOPTED BY MAY

We’d like to take this time to give appreciation and thanks to our wonderful superfurmoms out there who have extended their time, love, patience and care to the furkids in their lives. We love you!❤️

May: Natsumaru is a 10-year-old cross Persian cat. He was known for asking a second helping of food. I first spotted Natsu at the cat sanctuary as I am a volunteer with the SPCA. Natsu walked up to me and placed his paws on my hand. At that moment, I felt like I was “chosen” by him.

He brings a lot of joy to me and my family, always being in the limelight when we have friends over for gatherings. He has also learnt tricks like ‘high-5′, ‘sit’ and ‘jump’! A lot of love, time and commitment is needed in caring for Natsu as he requires regular medication due to medical issues but it’s all worth it.

There are times when I would come home feeling exhausted after work, but Natsu never fails to show his affection by giving me kisses. Just like that, my tiredness goes away!
