We always love receiving updates about how Soi Dog rescues are adjusting once they’ve gone home.
These days it’s all we look forward to.
They remind us of what’s important as we all carry on helping voiceless and vulnerable animals during these difficult times.
This story is about Ororo.
She was named after Ororo Munroe or better known as Storm, of X-Men fame.
The reason was that she was fearless, feisty yet loyal and affectionate.
Ororo, was a friendly neighbourhood kitty, who met with an accident and lost her back leg.
She was picked by our partner rescue Homeward Trails Animal Rescue and flew to the USA, in October of 2018 and since then has found her own family.
“We just LOVE Ororo. We re-named her Sweetie because she is so sweet! She sleeps next to us every night, loves to chase strings, and is a great jumper and pouncer even with her missing leg.”
Ororo is keeping true to both her names (fiesty and sweet) and we couldn’t be happier to see her receiving all the love she deserves.
