“…We are stronger than we think…” Dale Carnegie

We are ALL continuing to face a tragedy unlike any other in recent history with the on going COVID-19 pandemic. But, this is also the time, where heroes will rise out of the ordinary human being and we will show the world what humanity is all about.

As you continue to support the vital work carried out to care for vulnerable and those affected all over the world, we are also urging local communities not to turn their backs on the dogs and cats who need us more than ever.

There are variety of ways we can all help the dogs and cats in our neighbourhoods who have lost their feeders:

✔️Leave a bowl of water and food for the street dogs and cats around your neighbouhood, without causing any public health violations.

✔️Monitor the street animals around your area, and report them to a local shelter if it is an emergency (Emergency means any injury that is life threatening like uncontrolled bleeding or trouble breathing). For any minor injuries, a simple medical First Aid kit can do wonders. However, take care of yourself first and remember your safety is just as important as the animal you are trying to help.

✔️Despite false internet rumours, currently there is no evidence whatsoever that pets can transmit COVID-19 to humans. However, it is important to implement basic basic hygiene measures before and after touching them as well as when you handle their food. This is for their safety as much as yours.

✔️Please share this post far and wide, wherever you are, whether your neighbourhood has stray and animals or not.

Someone in your network might find it useful.

It is important everyone, everywhere comes together to care for the animals who are dependent on us today more than ever.
