This is Tingting. He is about 3 years of age and was found by our Community Outreach team. He had a horrific injury to his ear, that was causing him terrible pain. The wound was badly infected and infested with maggots. But Tingting is a street dog. There is no owner who cares, nobody to take him to a vet for treatment. Our vets noticed that he was covered in fleas and his fur was badly matted.
