DAY #1 – MARCH FOOD DRIVE FOR ANIMALS

We can feel it in our bones, that jolt of electricity in the instant that a hungry animal realizes that we are going to give them food. For the street animals who are often chased or stoned, for the ones who battle winter alone, the sight of a hero kneeling down to provide a meal is truly extraordinary.

Each month, the Harmony Fund charity (USA) takes the hand of underdog animal rescue squads across the planet. Together we feed not only animals in rescue centers, but animals ON THE STREET in areas of greatest need. We also sponsor veterinary care, spay/neuter projects and help struggling rescue centers with the simple things like keeping the power on or fixing a broken fence to keep the animals safe.

Our Food Drive will provide over 78,000 meals this month alone. It’s a tremendous responsibility because there is no back up source of food. We simply must reach our goal.
