Hi Dr.Chan,
I would like to apply for a neutering aid for 1 male cat, T-Jay.
T-Jay was a hungry stray who dropped by our house to eat some food leftover by our cats… He was very timid and was very afraid when we spotted him eating our cats’ food.
After some coaxing, he knew that he could trust us and started making himself comfortable at our house.
He is now a very loving lap cat. So we decided to castrate him before putting him up for adoption.
