The average person uses around 300 liters of water per day. Where do you think it comes from? This May, treatment plants have increased from 76 to 90 in Sarawak. Projects to supply water to rural areas will cost RM3.54 billion.

WWF-Malaysia Head of Conservation in Sarawak Dr Henry Chan, said, It takes considerable efforts and the cooperation of many stakeholders to turn our brown water clear; and for sound policies to flow into taps, support lives and boost economy.
