Danbor was only a puppy when he arrived at Soi Dog with terrible skin problems last June. Happily, Danbor travelled to his new home in Germany in April. His adopters say he’s a quick learner, a good listener, and “an absolutely lovable, joyful, and extremely friendly dog. We love Danbor so much and we are very glad that we could give him his own home.” They also provided this great top 10 list. Enjoy!

Danbor’s Top 10 Favorite Activities

1. Cuddling – as long as possible. He likes to be stroked on the belly: “Oh that’s great!”

2. Going for a walk. He especially likes long walks – no distance is too far!

3. Finding sticks, the bigger the better. He never misses a single stick during his walks. And he wishes he could take them all home with him.

4. Looking out the window. As soon as the windows are open in the morning, he looks to see what new adventure is waiting for him outside.

5. Giving kisses. Danbor loves to lick us.

6. Playing. He loves to carry toys all day long. Plush toys do not last long with Danbor – we discovered this early on, and then we bought more suitable toys.

7. Meeting new friends. There are so many new four-legged friends for Danbor. He loves them all and the other dogs love him.

8. Meet the new family, he likes our family, friends and also small children, he loves to give them kisses and waggle with his tail.

9. Feeding, oh yes the taste of the food here is so good! And there are so many great treats – he could never have dreamed it!

10. Enjoying the weather, whether that’s relaxing in the garden in the sun, taking a cool bath in the Rhine river, or running through the puddles in the rain. A very happy all-weather dog!
