Please Do Not Use Courier From 1st To 9th July 2017

Here’s a gentle reminder and appeal again to all applicants to please NOT use courier services (including Poslaju) that requires the recipient’s signature to post your applications between 1st and 9th July 2017 as our mail collection centre is closed during this period.

Please use Pos Ekspres.  

I will still be collecting mail from the mailbox daily and all Pos Ekspres mails will be delivered directly to the mailbox as it does not require the recipient’s signature.

Despite it being stated clearly in the policies to please not use courier services that requires the recipient’s signature and despite numerous appeals, it is really sad that applicants continue to use courier services to post. We plead with you for your kind understanding that our mail collection centre is a friend’s pet store and she has to run a business. Courier deliveries coming in at various times per day is an unnecessary disruption to her business and her time.

We also think that some applicants insist on using courier services because they choose to post at the last minute and Pos Ekspres does take 2-5 days to deliver (depending on the location and time of year).

It doesn’t kill anyone to just post the application as soon as possible after the receipt is obtained and form is filled up.  There is no need to wait until the last minute to do it.

We appeal to you for your kind understanding.

If you still insist on using courier services and there is no one to sign for the mail, the mail will only be returned to you and you’ll have to post it again to meet the 2-week deadline. Is all this trouble really necessary?
