Mail Collection Point Closed From 1st July To 9th July 2017

Dear Applicants,
Please be informed that from 1st July until 9th July 2017, our mail collection point (which is our friend’s pet store) will be closed.
During this period (as well as a few days before that), please, please, please, please do not use any courier services (including Poslaju) to post your application as there would be no one to sign for the mail.
To those who still insist on using courier services and/or Poslaju, I will not be driving to the depot to collect your mails.
Please only use Pos Ekspres as this will be delivered to the shop’s mailbox and I can still collect it daily.
We appeal to all applicants to use only Pos Ekspres but sadly, some refuse to listen because they must post their applications one or two days before the deadline (although we give them two weeks to do it) and hence, they must use courier services. Even if the shop is open, it is troublesome for our friend to have to sign for the courier services as she has a business to run.
Yes, we do want to help you, but please follow our requirements. Please be considerate.

We really don’t know how to make it any clearer than this. It has pictures too. And is in three languages.
To those who insist on using ordinary mail (Pos Biasa), please put 80 sen stamps. Please do not make us pay for the tax just because you want to save 20 sen. The 60 sen stamps is only for up to 20g. Once it exceeds, we will be taxed for your insufficient postage. We really think that’s not nice. You are asking us for money, but you don’t bother to even put enough stamps on your envelope and we are taxed.
Let’s not be an “ugly” Malaysian.
