Neutering Aid For 1 Dog In Ampang (Steven Soon Chung Keak�s)

I hope this email finds you well.

I picked up another puppy that was abandoned so cruelly on one rainy afternoon near a Petronas station at Jalan Tasik Tambahan in Ampang. It was seeking shelter from the rain underneath a car tyre besides a huge monsoon drain. I was about to leave the station when I heard its cry and found a tiny, wet miserable puppy! I dreaded to think what would have happened if the car moved or if it decided to wander and fall straight into that drain!

I hope there is still aid available and I’ve enclosed the pre requisite form, receipt and collage for your attention.

And as also required, I will mail off the original form and receipt to you tomorrow.
