Frankincense Oil Is It Safe On Cats?

If anyone knows, could you please share?
Yoke Mei shared the following (below) with me. It’s from a dog facebook page.
Update: I don’t know if it’s safe for cats, so I searched the internet and found this: https://www.facebook.com/notes/essential-oil-vet-janet-roark-dvm/cats-how-to-safely-use-essential-oils-with-cats/1793394460886052/ where it says:
So which oils do you stay away from? Most medical grade oils are so pure that you can use them topically on cats sporadically in a highly diluted form (as if for infants). It’s not a good idea to use them topically or internally on your cat every single day (with the exception of helichrysum, myrrh, lavender and Frankincense).
The information on dogs:
Currently, I’m using the molasses+sodium bicarb paste for Daffodil. The recommended proportion is 2 parts sodium bicarb to 1 part molasses. The tumour has visibly shrunk. It’s coming to a month now.
Meanwhile, out of the seven vets whom I appealed for help, only one vet has finally written the email to Dr William Li’s foundation. I hope they will send the document soon. I appealed to seven vets. Three replied saying they were willing to help. Finally, only one vet wrote the email.
This is not some “quack cures”. This is cutting-edge research in cancer treatment and it has successfully cured 600 dogs, 1 dolphin and 1 horse. Surely…surely, it is deserving of some attention. Isn’t any vet even a wee bit interested to find out what it is?
The foundation cannot give me the research findings, which I totally understand, because I am not a veterinarian. All they needed was an email from a vet. That’s all. Even if the findings cannot help Daffodil, at least it can help the countless of pets who are afflicted with cancer these days. At least there is some potential there.
All it took was ONE email from a vet. That’s all. That’s all I asked. And of course, to check for a reply. So, let’s count that as two favours.
Meanwhile, if anyone has any experience on using frankincense oil on cats and dogs, please do share. I have asked my pharmacist, but he doesn’t know anything about it and has had no experience in using it, even on humans.
