11pm � Baby Steps

Thank goodness I still had Ciao and Kit Cat with me. These are liquid foods, meant as treats as well as convalescence food for recovery period.

And thank goodness Daffi did not associate these with her pilling because this is what I use to pill her every time.

She ate two tubes within a half hour interval. I managed to feed her Vetri DMG as well and dropped some water into her mouth (which, of course, no cat likes).

She isn’t very dehydrated so that’s good. The wetfood contained water.

By 11pm just now, she was able to sit up.

I did considered giving her subcut fluids, but that would have been rather invasive and since she was eating wetfood, I don’t think it’s necessary.

Could even groom herself.

And finally, took a few steps on all fours, without wobbling, to change places.

And please, please, please, no adventures tonight. Please.
