Casper (formerly Snowy) and Cali3.5 were adopted by Dyana on 9th May. Bernice and Donovan rescued the two of them from their neighbourhood and Cali3.5 only had 3 and a half legs.
Here are happy updates and two youtubes from Dyana:

Subject: Update on Casper & Cali
To: Chan Kah Yein <chankahyein@gmail.com>
Dear Dr Chan,
Would like to give the readers of
myanimalcare.organ update on the two kittens that i adopted from Donovan and Bernice.
I renamed the white male from Snowy to Casper, coz my previous cat that passed away last year was named Snowy. so i thought its only appropriate for me to rename him. And his three-legged sister, we’re still calling her Cali, a perfect name for a such bad-ass female cat. Both were very shy when they first came in, always hiding under the beds, or inside the cupboard, wherever that is dark. But now, wow, are they playful or what! No longer shy and i must say that Cali is far more playful than her brother!
They even woke me up this morning with endless ‘meow’s from outside my bedroom door just wanting me to pet them. LOL And their appetites are really good. I must mention that they both were taken to the vet last two week coz they both had weak legs. According to the vet, they were too playful, hence their legs were sprained, but now, they are up and running everywhere in the house again. I’m so glad that I took them in, theybrightenup the house!
Here are two links to the videos of them on youtube. I uploaded specially for the readers of
myanimalcare.org:)

Thank you and we will update you again!
Love & Respect,

Getting a good adopter for our rescues is always, always a priceless gift! In fact, that is the hardest part of the rescue-rehome process because most of the time we are dealing with strangers who come forth to offer help and all we have is our gut feeling, coupled with trust, faith and hope.
Thank you, Dyana, for giving the brother-and-sister pair a loving home.
A good adopter is a gift from heaven. Thank you for being one!
