My fur fell out long ago. I�ve been scratching my skin nonstop ever since I can remember. The itchiness and pain are unbearable. Even when I rub my head against a friendly person, my sores break open and I start bleeding. I hate feeling this way, but I am helpless. Will you help me?

My name is Golem. I was living at a temple when I was brought to Soi Dog for sterilisation. The people here saw I had a terrible skin disease called mange, so now I�m getting medical treatment. They observed that my skin has become hardened and sensitive due to the mange. I also had fleas.
