I SWAM MY WAY TO SAFETY NOW IM READY TO SWIM INTO YOUR HEART AND HOME! PLEASE ADOPT ME!

EMAIL dana@soidog.org for more information.

I am a bouncy, affectionate, sweet and energetic 2 year old girl called Swimmer. You might think that my name is unusual but Im sure youll agree that it suits me perfectly when you find out how I arrived here at the Soi Dog Shelter in Phuket, Thailand.

Early one morning one of the animal carers noticed me frantically swimming across the wide pond in the rice field behind the shelter grounds. I was clever enough to swim in the direction of the shelter and, when I reached the bank, the animal carer hauled me out of the water. This was my first introduction to the people at the Soi Dog shelter.

Wet, scared, and having clearly been dumped, I cried non-stop at first. Although I had brought myself to the safest place I could, I missed my owner who had dumped me in the area and driven off without a thought for my welfare. I dont understand what I did wrong!

I am settling in now and slowly getting over the trauma of being abandoned. I live with lots of other dogs in an enclosure and I get along with them all. The best time of the day for me is when the volunteers arrive to walk us as I LOVE people. I also enjoy exercise and being outside. Please wont you give me the chance to join a family again! I crave individual attention and love!

Ive heard great things about the EU, UK, USA and Canada and its easy for me to get home to you! The Soi Dog team will organize everything. Please restore my faith in humanity, please adopt me!
