Hello Dr Chan,
I would like to apply subsidy for Sammy , a cat which I rescued in front of a restaurant when he was a kitten.
I found him in the state manner when he was about 1 mth going 2 with a really bad flu and eyes discharge. I have taken care of his medical fees for that and now that he is old enough , he goes to neutering.
Sammy have been released around my home area where he mingles with other cats. Thank you !
