What do black cats have to do with Friday the 13th?

Nothing at all!

Black cats have been associated with a witchs brew of superstition, and societys portrayal of black cats as unlucky or evil, makes it even more challenging for them to be adopted.

Its time to meow out of the dark ages. The only bad luck following cats is peoples superstitions.

Here are some of our lovely black coat animals that are waiting for a second chance, to go home with you.

Cleo is a sweet girl of about three years old and she loves the fuss and attention that you give her.

Benji is a playful, three year old male, who has a bright personality.

Happy, our seven year old Singapura Special is treat motivated and a fast learner. He is great on walks.

Do consider stopping by our shelter to say hi and to pay them a visit.
