This is Fafa, that I have picked up as a puppy together with 2 other puppies (that will be neutered soon) when she was just a few weeks old at an eatery in Ampang with the mother nowhere to be seen.

She was only neutered last Saturday.

I will mail off the hard copy of the form with original receipt to you shortly.
