MEET GARRIX A STAR IN OUR NEW WILDLIFE SUPPORTER SCHEME
This is Garrix, a green iguana at our ACRES Wildlife Rescue Centre. Garrix was found in 2015 on a potted plant outside an HDB estate. She was a baby, weighing just 135 grams. Like many other reptiles, Garrix is a victim of the cruel illegal pet trade, who often get abandoned or released to fend for themselves.
Now, we need your help to care for Garrix, and other victims of the illegal wildlife trade
We are launching our new Wildlife Supporter Scheme where we ask you, our generous supporters, to support a group of animals in our Wildlife Rescue Centre. For just $1 a day, you can provide them with what they need to keep them as healthy and happy as possible. You will also get a host of cool stuff in return, including an informative fact file, and complimentary tour to meet the animals you are supporting.
Check out the Wildlife Supporter Scheme website here, to see who you can support, and what you will receive: http://acres.org.sg/support-us-2/wss/
Thank you!
