Mannequin challenge (recorded by UNIMAS) during the Shark Awareness Day held by Universiti Malaysia Sarawak (UNIMAS) in collaboration with WWF-Malaysia, Wildlife Conservation Society and Young Southeast Asian Leaders Initiative (YSEALI) on December 3 at CityOne Megamall, Kuching.

The event aimed at raising awareness on the importance of shark conservation and their roles in the marine ecosystem through talks, story telling and interactive activities such as games, marine-themed henna tattoos and quizzes. It also provided WWF-Malaysia the opportunity to get more pledges for its My Fin My Life (MFML) campaign. During the event, WWF-Malaysia also handed over they physical MFML pledge to UNIMAS Vice Chancellor. WWF staff and volunteers managed to collect about 450 pledges from the Shark Awareness Day.
