SPCA FLAG DAY 2016: BE A TIN BEARER THIS SATURDAY

Our annual Flag Day is this Saturday, and we’re all so excited to be heading out with our tins and collecting donations all over Singapore for our furry friends.

If you haven’t signed up for a tin yet, it’s not too late. You can still do so by filling out your particulars at this following link: https://goo.gl/forms/Thso5IDAmrMLTDT73.

If not, you can always just head to one of our five collection centres on Saturday itself from 9am onwards and register for a tin on the spot.

But do remember to head back to the same collection centre by 4.45pm latest, as we’ll be bringing back all the tins to the SPCA at 5pm sharp!

If you can’t volunteer and take a tin, no worries. Please do look out for our volunteers who will be combing the island with tins, and drop some spare change in their tins.

The SPCA is a registered charity and we don’t receive government funding, so every bit of your help goes a long way! All we need is 4 hours of your time on Saturday, and all donations collected will go towards caring for our shelter and community animals.

Available shifts:

1. 9am – 1pm (morning)

2. 1pm – 5pm (afternoon)

3. 9am – 5pm (whole day)

2. Pasir Ris MRT

3. Jurong East MRT

4. Somerset MRT

5. SPCA HQ (50 Sungei Tengah Road, Singapore 699012)

If you are under 15 years of age and wish to participate, please ensure that you are accompanied by someone 15 years and above for the collection and return of tins.
