Yesterday was the 3rd anniversary for our sanctuary here at ACRES. Three years ago , we opened our sanctuary which allowed many of our tortoises and turtles to experience sunlight for the first time. ACRES (Animal Concerns Research & Education Society) is a pioneering Singapore-based charity and Institution of Public Character, founded by Singaporeans in 2001 with the aim of promoting animal welfare.
