NATIVE WILDLIFE RESCUE ROUND UP 21 OCT 2016
This evening, we would like to share the story of Cyno, a gentle and adorable looking (but lost) dog-toothed cat snake.
Cyno found him/herself lost inside a house located at the fringe of the nature reserve in Thomson area.
Thanks to the residents for calling us and requesting that the snake be released back in his/her habitat.
Even though dog-toothed cat snakes are active at night, this individual was obviously lost under the table. Most likely Cyno ended up there, following a prey animal. Check out the video and please share to spread the word on our wonderful wild animals!
If you would like to learn more about our native wild animals and how you can help them, come visit our interactive roadshow this weekend at City Square Mall, Level 1 (in front of Toast Box) from 11.00am till 9.00pm. Dont miss the fun-filled activities and our new native wildlife-themed merchandise!
Do call our 24-hr wildlife rescue hotline 9783 7782 for assistance if you see any wild animal in distress.
Have a great weekend everyone!
