Greetings Dr. Chan,
My name is Shahira and I am a student from UKM.
I noticed this dog wondering around inside UKM campus recently. I have given her food and water in a few occassions when she is visible on site. She has quite some wounds around the body ( I managed to take photograph of her, please refer attachment above ). She is very calm and friendly Dog. She lets you pet her too. I would like to know if you could help me out or have any contact of rescuers around BANGI, KAJANG or ANYWHERE nearby who is willing to rescue this dog. I am unable to keep her as we live in campus and campuses have strict rule of having pets in hostels. I would also like to spay her and also heal her wounds as she is suffering some wounds on her face and itchiness throughout her body.
