LOOKING FORWARD TO NPARKS FESTIVAL OF BIODIVERSITY 2017!

The first weekend of September was a blossoming one for us. Immersing ourselves into nature’s arms during the NParks Festival of Biodiversity (FOB) 2016, held at the Singapore Botanic Gardens, we joined with various organisations/groups that share the same dedication to spreading the word about how awesome our native flora and fauna is!

Despite our home’s petite size, we are neighbours with an impressive wealth of wildlife! You won’t believe it until you learn about Singapore’s amazing biodiversity from our local nature groups! So, look out for FOB 2017!

ACRES is dedicated to providing our round-the-clock rescue service for wild mammals, birds and reptiles who sometimes need human intervention while trying to adapt to our heavily urbanised city. We couldn’t have rescued the 8000+ animals over the last 15 years without your support and donations. Thank you!

Stay tuned to our wildlife rescue stories every Friday and native wildlife features every Monday, only on the ACRES Facebook page! Contact our Education team at joee@acres.org.sg to organise a talk at your school or visit to the ACRES Wildlife Rescue Centre (AWRC), to learn more about our native wild animals and how you can play a part in saving them.
