Dear Dr Chan
This is Meow 1’s son, age 6 months old.
He is a stray tom and is well taken care of by me since birth.
His mum, Meow 1, give birth to him behind my house sometimes ago in March 2016.
I would like to request aid for his neuter operation, total amounting to RM99.00.
But i would like to claim less rm10, hopefully aid of RM89.00 can be granted for Tom 1.
