Dear Kah Yein,
Rosie is a stray mother cat that has been having kittens in the roof of my neighbour’s house for several years. I have been feeding her kittens out of pity and the cat population in my front yard has grown to a number that I feel is unmanageable. My vet advised me to have her neutered. I was hesitant at first as she is not very friendly. I finally managed to befriend her and got her neutered last week. As she is used to the area I will leave her to live out her days as a stray.
