Poor senior Ralph was dumped by a negligent owner in a vacated house, depending on kind neighbors to occasionally feed him. The malnourished boy can only walk on 3 legs, likely due to some injuries.

A vet has paid him a visit and provided medication, but he is too weak to be X-rayed at the moment.

The owner now plans to sell the house, and the neighbors urgently want to find Ralph a home for fear of the owner putting him down.
