Neutering Aid For 1 Dog In Bkt Beruntung (Tan Gi Lian�s)

Hi. A week ago I sent another dog to the clinic for spaying. She and her sister were found in bukit beruntung area.
This is the female dog Johnny “accidently” got pregnant a few months ago. Name is Bethel. Can I submit her for the same $ aid?

She delivered 8 puppies 4 months ago. Weaned pups 2 months ago.
We have found homes for 5 pups. Have 3 more to go.
