My Name Is Louvisa. Please Adopt Me!

I HAVE SPENT YEARS LIVING IN FEAR AND DARKNESS. CAN YOU LOVE ME FOREVER? Please adopt me!

Please email inga@soidog-foundation.org to adopt me. (English/German)

I can’t remember when I started to go blind while living on the streets. As the weeks passed and my condition worsened, I struggled to find food and safe places to hide. Just staying alive was a daily battle, and one that I came close to losing.

When Soi Dog’s Animal Rescue Officer found me, I was so weak I couldn’t even walk. I stood huddled in a corner, my emaciated body shivering with fear. My eyes darted around at the surrounding shadows, all that I could make out with my fading vision. Little did I know that I was finally safe…

My name is Louvisa. I am a girl and 5 years and 8 months old. It took me a few months to realize that nobody will ever hurt me again. The support of people like you made it possible for me to receive tender, love and care from the staff, volunteers and visitors I am now a joy to look at. I wag my little, stumpy tail when I greet people I am familiar with to get their attention and some of those chest rubs they do so well.

I can still make out shadows, so I follow people around in the pen with the greatest of ease. I want to make sure that they don’t forget me when it comes to walking time. I love a good sniff around! The other dogs don’t mind me being in the front row for walkies, as I am always friendly and polite with them.

I would love nothing more than to be adopted by people who love me forever and snuggle me to sleep. Do I sound like a good match for you?

Then please email inga@soidog-foundation.org (English/German) to make this happen. I hope to meet you soon. I will be waiting.
