Good Morning Dr Chan,

We have brought in a male cat for neutering as he is one of the male cat that causes fighting in the community at the back and front of our house.

Attached please find the duly signed and completed Neutering Subsidy Form, receipt and photos for your records. These will be sent to you via Pos Ekspres.

For information, due to work commitment we were unable to collect and had to board him for 1 night at the clinic.  Therefore, kindly reimburse to us RM85 for the neutering excluding the boarding charges of RM30.
