JANICE: USING HER TALENTS TO RAISE FUNDS TO HELP ANIMALS!

Under her own initiative, student Janice has started a fundraising project to support ACRES and help animals. At a young age of 15, this talented Peirce Secondary School student decided that she can put her artistic skills to good use for a worthy cause.

Janice explains why she has been inspired to raise funds to help animals:

�I rescued this unique mynah bird when I was young. He fell off the nest and was lying on the floor after a heavy rain. People say, “They’re useless, you know. You don’t gain anything from it.” I said, “No you’re wrong, I gained happiness.” I am happy and this is how I find my happiness.�

Janice is selling her handmade pottery pieces to anyone who would like to own one of her unique and beautiful creations and help animals at the same time! Please refer to the picture below for more information about Janice�s fundraising project.
