SNOW ALARM FOR THESE CATS: Please Help Buy Food!

Vera, an animal lover came to the coast of Kartal, in Istanbul with bags of cat food on a heavy snowy day. She and other volunteers make sure these kitties have enough food every day no matter what the weather is. But food supplies are almost gone and extreme weather is moving in.

“Temperatures will go down 12 degrees and heavy snow is expected,” explains the Atalar Sahili Kedi K?s?rla?t?rma Grubu rescue group in Turkey.

“It means suffering for homeless animals.Especially it is a life and death issue for the coast cats and dogs abandoned to forests. None of them has chance to find food. We have food enough just till the end of this week. From the pool money we are trying to buy food as well as pay out debts to clinics. But unfortunatly we don’t have enough money to buy food for the coming week.”

Harmony Fund just sent the first $500 but we’d like to send much more. Can you help?
