NATIVE WILDLIFE RESCUE ROUNDUP: 29 DECEMBER 2015

Here is our last rescue post for 2015:

Sunny is a sunbeam snake, one of the very beautiful native species of snakes in Singapore. Sunny got into trouble and was trapped in fine netting in the soil. Thankfully he was spotted by our rescue volunteer Chuen Ling Lee and her friend who freed Sunny from the netting and called our rescue hotline to remove the fine but tightly wound netting around his body.

Watch the video of how Sunny finally got home, after carefully removing the netting!

Do remember to call the ACRES 24-hour Wildlife Rescue Hotline at 9783 7782 if you spot any wild animal in Singapore who may need some help.

Wish you all a beautiful year ahead!
