DEFORMED DOLPHIN ACCEPTED INTO NEW FAMILY!
A lone dolphin with a spinal deformity was accepted into a family of sperm whales in the Azores, in a rare display of cross-species interaction.
It is thought that perhaps the slow moving, deformed dolphin “…could not keep up with or was picked on by other members of its dolphin group,” and so joined the slower moving whales.
