Good Morning to you
I am sending this mail to check with you if I can Lulu spaying subsidy claim
She is a  female chihuahua around 5 years old.
She was belong to an Indonesian Chinese whom been working in Malaysia for past 12 years. He no longer able to extend his work permit in 2016 and has no choice but to go back Indonesia next year.
He came to ask my help to find Lulu a home and left Lulu in my care now.
May I ask if I spay her, will you approve the claim?
