Updates On 17th Nov 2015

I am Nam Fon. I am an older girl now, about 7 years of age and Ive lead a hard life on the streets. Dogs like me risk our lives every day, just trying to find food and shelter just trying to live.

I was found with a severely infected wound on my back. It was probably after being attacked by another dog we get very territorial about our areas and thats another danger we face. The kind lady who found me took me to Soi Dog.

I was not the only dog in that clinic waiting for treatment; sadly, there were many. My wound was very painful and infested with maggots, but I had to wait with all the others as the vets battled to care for us all. This is why we desperately need our own dog hospital.

Soi Dog Foundation is being asked to care for more and more dogs now and it is still using the same tiny space that it has been in since day one. It is no longer able to cope with so many of us and the biggest fear is that dogs like me will die.

YOU can change this. If YOU become an Angel for Dogs now, you will be ensuring that the hospital building work is completed and that this facility becomes a reality for dogs like me. You will be funding the equipment needed and keeping the hospital running day in, day out. You will be saving thousands of lives like mine every year.

I am one of the lucky ones because I am receiving the medical care I urgently needed before I succumbed to blood poisoning and a slow, agonising death. Without the dog hospital, this is the sad reality for dogs like me. YOU can change things.

Please be a part of Thailands first every dedicated hospital for street dogs. Click on my pictures to become an Angel for Dogs today to end our suffering tomorrow. It can’t happen without you.
