Good morning Dr Chan,
Sugar, a female stray, was caught by the council. It’s approximately 9 weeks since I bailed her out from the pound.
I’m currently fostering her in an empty house with the permission of the owner.
She had gone through 3 vaccinations and next Thursday, had made an appointment for her spaying. Intend to look for her a no- kill shelter nearby Cheras for future planning.
I wish to apply for her neutering subsidy.
