Eat, Drink and Make Merry for the Animals!
As the SPCA gears up for its big move to Sungei Tengah, we aim to begin a new chapter, in late 2015, in a big way, and will be having a “Brazilian Extravaganza”-themed Gala Dinner slated for 19 November (Thurs) at 6.45pm, at the Shangri-La Hotel’s Island Ballroom.
In support of SPCA’s long-standing protection and promotion of kindness to animals, we invite you to be a part of an enchanted evening of splendour and transformation, but also one that is full of meaning and heart.
All funds raised will go towards the building of the SPCA’s new shelter, envisioned to be a sanctuary for abused and abandoned, but rescued and rehabilitated, animals. Come give us your generous support, to help us reach our target sum and continue our animal welfare mission and work.
Gracing this occasion will be the Ambassador of Brazil, His Excellency Luis Fernando de Andrade Serra. The gala event will include a sumptuous dinner at the hotel, followed by music and dance later in the evening, as well as prizes for the best dressed ladies and gentlemen. It would be a night of merrymaking and revelry, in aid of our funding and cause.
We are appealing for your kind and generous support in purchasing a seat, or more, at S$300, S$600 or S$1,000 each.
To book a seat(s) for this event, you could:-
1) make an online payment, via http://www.spca.org.sg/payment.asp. For the field “Remarks/Payment for”, please indicate “Brazilian Extravaganza” and the total number of seats you would like to book; OR
2) make a payment by cheque – do write your Name, NRIC/FIN number, contact number(s), e-mail address and “Brazilian Extravaganza” as well as the total number of seats you’re booking, on the back of the cheque, and make it payable to “SPCA” and mail it to “Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (SPCA), 31 Mount Vernon Road, Singapore 368054”.
All donations to the SPCA, as an IPC, for this year are eligible for a 300% tax deduction.
