Daffodil, The House-Cat, And Her Adventure
Tweet |
Daffodil has been wanting very much to join Bunny’s Place.
“The grass is always greener on the other side” rings true even for highly intelligent beings like cats.
So, she has been sitting outside the grille for many days now.
But we all know that a PatioCat coming into Bunny’s Place is an act of kamikaze.
So, Daffodil decided to try something else this morning.
Now, this is definitely a first.
She went onto Mr G’s ledge and traveled all the way from the front garden to the back and came to Bunny’s roof.
Oh dear…Daffodil, you cannot come down. It’s too high and too dangerous (not so much of the height but of who’s IN Bunny’s Place).
But she tried.
Cleo: This is my fight.
You cannot deny it, you know. It’s a colour issue here. Cleo is normally not bothered about any issue at all, but here’s a diluted Calico (Daffodil) trying to come into the territory where a (concentrated) Calico resides?
Daffodil, no, please.
Cleo: I said it’s my fight, didn’t I?
Indy: Do you need my help, Cleo?
Not our fight.
Cleo in action.
Yes, Cleo, we know. But Daffodil has gone off now.
Indy has been having a great appetite these days.
Indy: Some food, please? Vigilance is tiring work.
Soon, Daffodil was back in the house.
Daffodil: I didn’t get to come in….sobs.
But Cleo didn’t know.
Not my fight.
I have minions working for me.
Call me only if you fellas cannot handle it, okay?
How ’bout some food?
