CHASED AND BEATEN WITH STICKS JUST BECAUSE HE IS A PIT-BULL

A young Thai man was waiting in his car at traffic lights when he spotted a black pit-bull being chased down the street by a group of people brandishing sticks. Horrified but stuck in traffic, once the light changed to green he was able to pull over, jump out, and follow them.

When confronted about their actions, the people claimed they were scared of the dog, which was stray, and worried it would bite their kids. They claimed it was aggressive and dangerous and they didnt want it hanging around their area.

Distraught, the man called a lady he knew, who cares for many stray dogs in her neighbourhood. This kind lady came to the rescue and this is how we came to meet the bundle of joy that is Lloyd Winston.

This 3 year old supposedly aggressive boy just wants to cuddle. He gets so excited to see visitors coming to see him that he jumps up and smothers us in kisses. His tail never stops wagging. His body never stops dancing. He doesnt have an aggressive bone in his little body.

We can only help in emergency situations like this thanks to people like YOU. With no government funding, it is only because of Soi Dog supporters that we were able to get Lloyd Winston to safety at our shelter and feed and care for him. What would have ended up happening to him were it not for our supporters does not bear thinking about.

There is a happy ending for Lloyd Winston the lady who alerted us to his plight will be adopting him once we have finished treating him for a small eye problem and the vets have given him a clean bill of health.

Please help us achieve more of these happy endings they simply wont happen without you. A small, regular gift from you to these animals lets us know just how much we have to work with each month.

Will you please join our Emergency Response Team today, for the sake of dogs like Lloyd Winston?

Every day, Soi Dog Foundation picks up stray animals that are sick or injured, that have been abused or abandoned. With no government funding, we urgently need YOUR support to save them.
