First heard him MEOWING WHOLE DAY & EARLIER at entrance of 1 condo at Bandar Sri Permaisuri,�Kuala Lumpur.

BEFORE rescue :

Flea-infested

Bit Dirty

Hungry

On Heat i.e. meowing NON-stop, turning frequently, etc

NOW :

Sent to & re-homed at Kajang.
