I am a 3 year old girl and have lived at the Soi Dog shelter in Phuket, Thailand nearly my whole life!

I was one of four puppies found living on the street. We were all alone with no-one to take care of us. We were so lucky Soi dog came to our rescue, as I know we would not have survived otherwise.

I live in a run with nearly 20 other dogs and to be honest, I don�t really enjoy it. The run is nice with shady places for us to sit and cool concrete tubes for us to lie in. The problem is that most of the other dogs in here are quite boisterous and I am quite a timid girl by nature. They leave me alone for the most part, but if one of the humans here shows me any attention, the dogs get jealous and try to attack me. It is difficult for me, because I love being petted and made a fuss of, but at the same time it makes me scared because it means I get picked on.

When I get taken out of the run for a walk, I absolutely relish it because I feel safe and I get to sniff all the interesting things that are outside. It takes me a little time to trust new people but only because I am shy. Once I trust you, I am your friend for life!

I would so love a home of my own with nice people to take care of me. I don�t want to live here forever. Please rescue me.
