Hi Dr Chan,
Happy Chinese New Year!
Would like to apply spaying subsidy for Bi An, a female stray that was spayed on Feb 24th. Attached please find picture pre and post spaying and a copy of the bill.
Bi An was rescued when she was pregnant and unwell,Fortunately shehad 2 babies, now about 2 months plus and doing well. She was send for spaying on Feb 24th to prevent futureunwanted pregnancy and litter.
Hopethis application is approved to help me finance the spaying so that I can continue to help neuter/spaymore stray cats.
