We have subsidised RM100 for Mr Orange’s neutering. And he’s the tomcat of his�neighbourhood too!

Hi Dr. Chan,

We managed to TNR the main male cat, Mr. Orange, in our condo. He’s the one who has been impregnating the female cats.

Attached herewith the photos of Mr. Orange for your reference. I have posted the forms and receipts for the subsidy claims tomorrow.
