Dear Dr. Chan,

Firstly, I would like to wish you a blessed New Year and may we all have a better year than before despite all the unavoidable challenges in our life. I would also like to wish on your health to be on the better side with your strong willpower and positive outlook.

Cotton has finally been spayed and she is coping quite well after the surgical procedure. As highlighted before with your guidance, here are a few pictures of Cotton during pre-op and post-op to apply for her eligibility for the spaying subsidy. She was sent in to the vet on the 30 December 2014 and had her boarded there during 3 nights to ensure that she heals properly as well as to avoid unnecessary movement or stress that may affect her stitches on the op area. Today, I brought her back home to continue care for her.

The application neutering subsidy form attached with the official receipt POS1/03535, should reached you within 1 week or so. Should you need anything else, please let me know. On behalf of Cotton and her pups and myself, I thank you again and again for your generous and kind assistance. Please do take care of yourself.
