Vaccination Subsidies For 4 Puppies (Kong Moon Moon�s)

Hi, Ms. Kong here. I vaccinated few puppies.

Here are their details and records as in attachments.

1. Blackie

� � Her second vaccination, 1st vaccination done on 20 Oct, second done on 20 Nov. She is a handicapped pup. She will stay with me till end of her life if no one adopt her.

2. Poppy

� � A male puppy who is Blackie’s brother. He adopted by a young family. Unfortunately, the family returned him and did’t do any vaccination for him. So that I bring him back and vaccinated him on today (26/11/14). He is 3 months old.

3. Lion & Squirrel

� � Both male puppies. I rescued their mother at my school. Other puppies vaccinated. They are last two vaccinated. Lion has brown fur with black mouth, Squirrel has brown fur but slightly darker than Lion and he has also darker fur on his forehead. Both of them waiting for a good home.
